Conveniently located on the Westside of Santa Cruz, next to Kelly's Bakery, Vine Hill's new Barrel Room is your new go-to destination for wine tasting! In addition to tastings of award-winning Vine Hill and Cumbre wines, selected wines will also be available for purchase by the glass. Saturday evenings, the atmosphere in The Barrel Room takes on the presence of an intimate wine bar, where you'll be welcomed to relax and enjoy the selection of wines and our winery staff's warm hospitality.

Hours: The Barrel Room is open Thursdays and Sundays from noon to 5pm and Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 8pm. The Barrel Room is also available for private events. Please contact us for more information.

Fees: Tasting fees range from $5 to $10 per person, depending on wine flights selected. Tasting is free for all wine club members and their guests.

Pinot Noir vines greet you as you pass through the gate and escort you along the road to our tasting room, snuggled amongst the oaks, madrone and graceful landscaping. Zeus, the winery dog, might saunter over for a welcoming scratch behind the ears. As you enter, light streams in through the windows and skylights, drawing you in for a relaxing and pleasant adventure of wine tasting. French doors open onto the back deck that connects to a meandering path leading to the upper patio, where panoramic views of the Monterey Bay abound. So, what are you waiting for?
